The Swiss automatic door manufacturer TORMAX has won a red dot design
award with its innovative iMotion 2301 sliding door drive.
In the course
of this design competition, which is amongst the most prestigious
in the world, a jury of world class experts conferred this accolade
on the iMotion
2301 drive for outstanding quality of design in the Architecture
and Interior Design class.
Out of no less than 1636 competitors only the very best received an award.

iMotion impresses thanks to brushless
and gearless synchronous motors, an extremely long working life, low
maintenance components and exceptionally silent movements. It can be
linked into a network and controlled from a central point without the
slightest problem.
Its high level of flexibility, functionality and
ultra-modern technology embedded in a clear and compact design impressed
the red dot award jury.
For TORMAX this award is a confirmation of
its tireless efforts to develop products which meet the most stringent
demands of functionality, quality and aesthetics.

of awards will take place on 5th July 2010 in the Opera House at Essen. |
